360 Youth Development Initiative (360YDI) is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization (Registration number 80020003693781 ), located in Uganda the pearl of Africa. Youth and children in Uganda particularly in slums live under very trying and challenging circumstances, which have traumatized them and made them non performing citizens economically and socially.Due to high costs of living with increasing economic crisis many children have been forced to stay in slums that are characterized by increases drug abuse, sexual violence, domestic violence, moral decay, poor standards of living, alleviated poverty among others.
This ugly situation has contributed greatly to the increased mental health challenges in children and youth.
We provide mental care assistance to youths through Pro-bono counselling, and Art therapy among others.
Involving youths in the innovation process of a country is vital because the future of development lies in their hands.
Here we are primarily aimed at supporting individuals in ways that allow them to live independently.
In Uganda, Unequal access to safe drinking water, makes thousands of children very sick and at risk of death.

The organization envisions to provide under privileged youth and children with mentorship, psychosocial support and life skills trainings, so that they can recognize and use the resources around them for their holistic development.
